Good Health 360

Terms of Service

These terms are an operational draft for Good Health 360 and should be reviewed by legal counsel before broad external launch. Last updated: May 17, 2026.

Use Of The Platform

Good Health 360 provides healthcare administration software for authorised clinics, service providers, and users. Users must access the platform only through authorised accounts and only for permitted clinic, operational, billing, communication, and administration purposes.

Tenant Responsibility

Each tenant is responsible for its users, data entry, patient permissions, medical-aid configuration, billing decisions, claim submissions, document review, and compliance with applicable healthcare, financial, and data protection obligations.

Email And Connected Accounts

Users may connect mailbox providers such as Google where enabled. A connected mailbox must belong to the authorised tenant or user. Users must not connect accounts they are not permitted to use. Disconnecting a mailbox stops future use of that connection by Good Health 360.

Acceptable Use

Users must not use the platform to send unlawful, abusive, misleading, unauthorised, or bulk communications. Users must not attempt to bypass access controls, extract data without permission, interfere with platform operations, or misuse external medical-aid portals or connected services.

Availability And Changes

Good Health 360 may be updated to improve security, performance, compliance, and functionality. Some features depend on third-party services, medical-aid portals, mailbox providers, or hosting providers and may be affected by their availability and policies.
