Information We Collect
Good Health 360 collects the information patients or representatives provide when they submit appointment requests, contact messages, booking details, support questions, or service inquiries through the public website.
This may include name, phone number, email address, appointment preferences, message content, medical aid or billing context if supplied, and practical details needed to respond to the inquiry. The public form should not be used for full clinical records unless the care team specifically requests them through an appropriate secure workflow.
Purpose Of Collection
We use the information to respond to inquiries, schedule clinical services, coordinate patient communication, route requests to the correct support team, prepare appointment follow-up, and support relevant administrative processes.
Where medical aid or billing information is voluntarily provided, it is used only to support appointment preparation, benefit-related follow-up, claims-ready administration, or communication with the relevant healthcare workflow.
Appointment And Booking Data Handling
Appointment requests are reviewed by authorized Good Health 360 clinical or administrative personnel. The information is used to understand the request, contact the patient or representative, and guide the next step.
Submitting an appointment request does not create an emergency response guarantee, diagnosis, treatment plan, medical aid approval, or confirmed appointment until the Good Health 360 team or relevant healthcare provider confirms the details.
Security And Access Controls
Good Health 360 uses HTTPS/TLS for website traffic so information submitted through the public site is encrypted in transit. Operational access is restricted to authorized personnel based on role and business need.
We apply practical safeguards including access controls, secure sessions, audit-oriented workflows, and controlled administrative access. No digital system can remove all risk, but Good Health 360 is designed to reduce avoidable exposure and keep patient information confidential.
Data Sharing
Good Health 360 does not sell patient information to third parties. Information may be shared only where needed to operate the requested service, support appointment communication, comply with legal obligations, protect patients or users, or work with authorized healthcare, billing, hosting, or operational service providers.
Medical aid or billing details may be used for administrative follow-up where applicable. Final benefit, authorization, and payment decisions remain with the relevant medical aid provider, payer, or healthcare provider.
Patient Rights
Subject to applicable law and healthcare record-keeping requirements, patients may request access to personal information, correction of inaccurate information, or deletion where legally permitted.
Some healthcare, billing, audit, or legal records may need to be retained for statutory, clinical, financial, or operational reasons. Good Health 360 will review requests in line with applicable Botswana data protection obligations and healthcare confidentiality expectations.
